Engineering Auditing & Assessment

ALJ plays a critical role with the NSW Government in bringing existing and new developments to meet compliance requirements under the RAB and DBP Acts. Ayman ElTantawy was named Engineering Expert Witness of the Year 2025 by Lawyer Monthly (UK) in recognition of his contribution to NSW's construction regulation reform.

We have served as nominated engineering auditor for Coronation Property Co (with KPMG), Holdmark, the rescued Toplace developments at Castle Hill and Parramatta, and multiple Merhis projects.
