The Art Gallery NSW added a new exhibition space adjacent to the exiting Art Gallery. The landmark building has a distinct signature design by the Japanese architect SANAA, developed by the Australian architect Architectus. Another work of art where the disused World War II naval underground oil tanks were reimagined and transformed into a unique art gallery.
